QA consulting services

What we do, and how we help you ship.

From a one-week QA audit to a fully embedded automation team.

01

QA audit & strategy

We look at your current process, gaps and risks. You get a plan you can run.

02

Manual testing

Exploratory, regression, UAT. Real humans, real edge cases.

03

Test automation

Playwright, Cypress, Selenium. Tests that stay green and stay useful.

04

Performance & load testing

k6, JMeter, Locust. We find the ceiling before your users do.

05

API testing

REST, GraphQL and SOAP. Contract tests, schema checks, error paths.

06

Mobile app testing

iOS and Android. Device farms, real networks, interrupted scenarios.

07

CI/CD test integration

Tests in every PR. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

08

Test framework setup

We pick the stack, set the conventions, and hand it to your team.

09

QA metrics & reporting

Coverage, flakiness, MTTR, escaped bugs. Visible on a dashboard.

10

Dedicated QA team

Embedded QA engineers who work as part of your team.

11

Accessibility testing

WCAG 2.2, keyboard, screen readers. Compliance that's actually usable.

12

QA consulting & training

Strategy, workshops, and coaching your team to own quality.

Our QA methodology

Understand → Cover → Automate → Measure.

Adapted from ISTQB and the Testing Pyramid, tuned to how your team actually ships.

Understand the product

Stack, users, release cycle, and where bugs actually cost you.

Define test coverage

What to test, what not to, and why. Mapped to your risk areas.

Pick the right tools

Playwright, Cypress, k6, Postman, Appium — matched to your stack.

Automate the right tests

Fast, stable, low-maintenance. No flaky tests, no brittle selectors.

Wire into CI/CD

Tests run on every PR. Fast ones first, slow ones nightly.

Measure & improve

Coverage, flakiness, MTTR, escaped bugs. Reviewed monthly.

We map your coverage gaps before recommending tools

How a QA engagement runs

From audit to automation in 30 days.

Most teams go from "we test manually" to "CI blocks bad merges" within a month.

  1. 01

    Week 1 — Audit

Review existing tests, process, tooling, and where bugs escape.

  2. 02

    Week 2 — Plan

A prioritised test strategy mapped to your risk and release cycle.

  3. 03

    Week 3 — Automate

Framework set up, first suite written and running on your CI.

  4. 04

    Week 4+ — Scale

Coverage expands. Metrics dashboard live. Your team takes over.

Test automation for web apps

Playwright and Cypress suites that run in minutes, not hours. Maintained by us, owned by you.

Performance testing dashboards and metrics Performance

Performance & load testing

Find your real ceiling with k6 or JMeter. Reports include p95, error rate and slowest endpoints.

Mobile app QA testing on device farm Mobile

Mobile app testing

Real devices, real networks, low battery, backgrounded apps. Appium-based automation where it pays off.

QA team collaborating with developers on a release Team model

QA consulting for growing product teams

SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce and enterprise. We fit your release cadence, not the other way around.

  • Embedded or fully managed QA
  • Manual, automated or hybrid
  • Reporting your PM can actually use
  • Handover with docs, not dependencies
Comparison

In-house QA vs agency QA vs QA consulting

How the three models compare for a typical product team.

Attribute In-house QA Full QA agency QA consulting
Time to ramp Months (hiring) Weeks Days
Best when Long-term product Predictable scope Strategy + setup
Knowledge stays Yes Rarely Yes (handover)
Cost shape Fixed salary Per sprint Fixed + optional retainer
Metrics that matter

Quality you can measure.

We don't hide behind "the tests pass". Here's what we track.

  1. 01

    Coverage

% of critical paths tested, not lines of code.

  2. 02

    Flakiness

Tests that fail without a code change. Target: zero.

  3. 03

    Pipeline time

From push to result. Under 10 minutes ideal.

  4. 04

    Escaped bugs

Issues found in production that tests should have caught.

  5. 05

    MTTR

Time to fix a failing test. Small numbers = healthy team.

FAQ

QA consulting, answered

Do we need a full-time QA team, or can consulting work?
Most teams start with a short audit and a strategy. If you need embedded QA, we can provide that too — but the goal is always to leave your team stronger, not dependent.
Which automation tool do you recommend?
Playwright for most modern web apps, Cypress if you're already on it, Selenium only where it's still the right fit. For APIs: Postman + RestAssured. For load: k6. Tool choice depends on your stack and team.
How do you avoid flaky tests?
No arbitrary waits, stable selectors, isolated test data, retries only when justified. Flaky tests get fixed or deleted — never ignored.
Can you work inside our CI/CD?
Yes. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines — we adapt to what you have, no migrations required.
Do you test legacy or undocumented apps?
Yes. We start with exploratory testing to map behaviour, then build coverage from there. No requirement to have docs first.
What does a QA audit include?
Review of your existing tests, test data, CI, and bug history. We identify coverage gaps and produce a prioritised plan with effort and impact for each recommendation.
Who owns the test code you write?
You do. Everything lives in your repository, with your conventions, under your license. No vendor lock-in.
